Hechyeomoyeo, an international art collective known for building cross-cultural creative communities, is partnering with Kinship in Bushwick/East Williamsburg for a three-week immersive art event running January 3–25. The collaboration transforms Kinship’s artist-driven venue into a participatory space where local and global makers can showcase new work.
Kinship, a music- and art-forward community hub, is dedicated to providing an environment where artists, musicians, and creatives gather, create, and celebrate. The upcoming open call extends that mission by inviting 40 artists to join a large-scale exhibition shaped by community energy, experimentation, and accessibility.
Hechyeomoyeo — active in South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the United States — encourages artists of all backgrounds to share what they make, regardless of medium. Submissions are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and international artists may opt to have their work printed for inclusion. The collective emphasizes participation from local New York artists while remaining open to creators everywhere.
