Ansel Oommen is an urban naturalist, clinical laboratory technologist, and horticultural therapist-in-training with a double B.S. in toxicology and medical technology. His creative practice involves the metabolism of the natural and health sciences as substrates for the arts, and vice versa. Particular areas of interest include chromophores, fluorophores, and clearing and staining techniques.
