OVERVIEW/MISSION STATEMENT
TAGS, Timeless Apparel and Getaway Style, is more than just a brand; it is the MODEL touchstone of our lifestyle philosophy. For a piece to be considered timeless, it must embody a moment within our cultural landscape that perpetually changes and moves us. It must shape us as a creative, family member, employee, world traveler, and most importantly, a human. It must alter and inform the way we thoughtfully navigate ourselves throughout the 5 boroughs and beyond.
To promote this mission, TAGS BK provides local, national, and international artists a gallery space to celebrate what makes them timeless amidst high quality lifestyle pieces. Art collection should feel as accessible as selecting a candle for your home or your new favorite cozy sweater, and TAGS breaks down that barrier for artists and shoppers alike.
GOALS
Exposure for local, national, and international artists within the Williamsburg art community outside of a traditional gallery setting
Collaboration with other art forms, such as fashion, to create a dynamic space to showcase works
COMPENSATION
We work on a consignment basis with our featured artists with a 50/50 split. Any additional markups on the pieces can be negotiated per-artist.
