In this exhibition, nineteen New York artists exhibit work in three empty Brooklyn townhouses clustered together, reminiscent of a Kunsthalle art center. Predominantly painters, these artists address the similar topics—time, place, relationships, and the universe. What began as an idea for a party between abstract painters morphed into an exhibition in which timing and geography play a central role. With art on multiple floors, this exhibition emphasizes the experience of seeking and finding, ascending and descending, as passersby move from room to room.
