LoBo Gallery
LoBo gallery announces its inaugural exhibition, Dwellings. This exhibition focuses on artists exploring personal narratives as they relate to place. The opening of this exhibition will be October 5, 2018 at 8pm and continue by appointment for the duration of the month.
Application instructions:
1. New York based artists at least 18 years old at the time of entry
2. Artwork must follow the theme of personal narratives as they relate to place
3. All media will be considered
4. All work must be able to fit through an elevator doorway that measures 80hx30wx50d
5. Accepted work must be install ready: 2D work must be able to be hung with non invasive methods, pedestals required for sculptures must be provided by artist. We can discuss alternative means of display (i.e: objects or paintings resting on furniture, floor, countertops, etc.)
6. Please send 3-10 jpeg images or 1-3 video samples.
7. A brief artist statement
8. Links to website or artist social media accounts
9. Must be available for a studio visit or video chat

Deadline to deliver work: October 3, 2018
