How can this be “complimentary”? Something is fishy. Comparable
spaces at the NY Artexpo cost many thousands.

You probably should consider doing some additional investigation because I did. They are former experienced art fair producers for galleries and have decided to create a fair for artists. I do agree the concept is definitely out of the box but I asked around and they are for real. I would suggest keeping an eye on this project before discounting it totally.
