This is a very simple form, but there are a few ground rules – most importantly: Brooklyn events only please! Events that are NOT in Brooklyn won’t be posted. If you have something going on in the New York City metro area, please consider submitting to Art in New York City. Events that are not related to the visual arts will not be posted. There’s a brief description below regarding the different fields, but this ain’t rocket science. Just paste your info in the boxes and hit submit.
User submissions will still be reviewed before publishing! Just because you submitted an event doesn’t mean it will automatically be published, although I will do my best to accommodate as many submissions as possible.
The Form, Explained…
Your Name, Your URL, Your Email – This is how I contact you if there’s questions about your post, this is private and won’t be published
Post Title – This is the name of your event
AntiSpam Question – Answer a simple math question to keep the robots from taking over.
Post Content – This is the info about your show – what, where, when, who and how. Keep it short and to the point!
Post Image – One picture only, max image size 650 pixels wide by 1500 pixels high – images may be smaller than this, but they can’t be larger! If your post fails to submit it’s probably because your image is too big.
