ANTI-PORTRAIT asks us as individuals how we define, deconstruct and destroy the boundaries of the identity didactic. Contemporary society teaches us to identify ourselves, create labels, attachments and alliances with one side or another. We are challenging this concept and navigating new territory in between these borders. What is important to you, what resonates with you on a cellular level? How do we pin down the entropic beauty, the immutable balance of what we are? How do we reimagine humanity and celebrate that which is truly magnificent and undefinable?

ANTI-PORTRAIT dissolves the historical illusions of singularity, offering a space to confront ourselves and our existence; seeing that every one of us, down to our DNA – is undeniably unique.

This is a one night only Group art show featuring paintings, drawings, and photography by
DAVID ARONSON \ MIKA REVELL \ JEN SENN \ RACHEL LYNCH \ NINA BERLINGERI \ LUCIA STACEY \ DAVID HANSEN and more.
